Interview!

You know, the basis of this site is for people to use what I’ve learned, to his point in my life, about web design and the things that go along with it. I do not consider myself to be an expert in anything - I’m a work in progress. However, the point I am at might be a little bit further than where you are at - and hopefully you can learn from my mistakes without having to make them yourself. But everything said on this site should be taken with a grain of salt, because I don’t know everything, and sometimes I say things here that I’ll find out later I was mistaken about. (But I let you know when I do screw up like that!)

That being said, I’ve been amazed at the way things have been going over the last few months. I’d have to attribute most of this “growth spurt” (in my web design life) to WordPress and being a part of the Install4Free team. Because I’ve been a part of that, I’ve been part of some really cool things in the recent past, and those cool things have led to other cool things…

Anyway, the most recent cool thing is that I’ve been interviewed by a very nice podcaster named Tom, who runs a site on communications at CommiKazi Speek. The podcast/interview is about my involvement with WordPress.

I just listened to it, and I would like to thank Tom from the bottom of my heart for his great editing - I was so nervous I was doing a lot of the “airhead giggles” throughout the entire thing - he took them out and made me sound halfway intelligent. Thanks Tom!

Anyway, hopefully, if you listen (I’m still flattered that I was asked!) you can get past the annoying voice I have. But please, go and enjoy - not just my interview, but Tom’s fledgling site.
